A story of a Co-Founder

In 2021, I crossed paths with my business partner, and together, we shared a common vision of establishing an outsourcing IT company aimed at assisting other businesses with their technology needs. At that point, I was employed as a software engineer -different positions- for about 11 years, while my partner’s background in computer engineering and business ownership. We both had extensive experience in our respective fields, which we believed would be valuable in our new venture. We conducted thorough market research and a feasibility study, and everything looked promising. While there was competition, we identified weaknesses in their services that we believed we could address and improve upon. With self-funding, we embarked on this journey, offering a unique proposition of unlimited client visits. The name — emerged creatively, and the initial stages of registration and planning went surprisingly smoothly. Our marketing efforts began to bear fruit, attracting our first client and boosting our confidence. — achieved remarkable milestones in its early months, signifying a promising future. However, as our company continued to grow, unforeseen challenges arose, leading to valuable lessons learned along the way.

In this blog, I’ll talk about the hard times my startup went through, how we dealt with them, and what I’ve learned when I look back. I’ll also share some of the mistakes we made and the lessons I believe they taught me. This is a story of facing challenges, growing, making mistakes, and gaining wisdom from my experiences as a co-founder.
